STEPS TO APPLY FOR A BUILDING/CLEARING PERMIT:

1.  Download and fill out the Request for Permit application and Release of Liability. rev June 2011

2.  Mark the pending changes on your Plot Plan. A copy of the plot plan is available by contacting the GMA office. There is no cost to you, the resident, for a GMA Building/Clearing permit or copy of the plot plan.

3.  Submit your packet (a) permit application, (b) release of liability and (c) your plot plan to your Parcel President for his/her signature. 

4.  Secure a Parish Permit if necessary.

5.  Return your completed application packet to Greenleaves Master Association office for approval by the Greenleaves Architectural Control Committee, and permit issuance.

After the application packet is received in the GMA office,
the GACC has 30 days to act on the Permit Request,
though requests are processed as quickly as possible.

Removing a tree requires two other actions: The Greenleaves Architectural Control Committee will likely require that you replant a tree to replace the one you are cutting down. Also, please remember to remove any stumps immediately.
