Welcome to Greenleaves!
Greenleaves
is a premier, well-maintained residential
community in located on the North Shore of New
Orleans. Greenleaves is known foremost for the
natural beauty of our surroundings. Our trees
are an enduring symbol of the value we place on
our park-like setting. We have picturesque tree-lined
streets, and landscaped ponds and park areas.
Greenleaves is designated as a bird & wildlife sanctuary.
More than a
subdivision … a community.
Our 2.6 miles of walking paths, which also serve
as gathering places, enhance our community’s
well-being and sense of neighborhood safety.
Along our paths, neighbors visit with one
another, residents stay fit by jogging and
walking their dogs, and children ride their
bikes to visit friends. Residents enjoy our
parks, feeding ducks, fishing or relaxing along
our community ponds.
Our
homeowners association has more than 960
residences ranging mostly from single-family
homes to several condos, apartments and
townhouses. The master association has
covenants and each of our parcels has rules and
regulations to maintain the quality of our
community.

About
the Area
For several
years, Relocate America has named Mandeville
among the “Top 100 Places to Live.” We couldn’t
agree more. Greenleaves, though not within the
city limits, is centrally located in West St.
Tammany and within unincorporated Mandeville.

We are a convenient walk to nearby shops and
restaurants, also close to the Tammany Trace, Lake Pontchartrain, Old
Mandeville, Fontainebleau State Park, Pelican Park, a public
dog park, and an abundance of area recreational
activities. Our children have access to some of
the region’s best schools. Weekend farmers
markets, festivals, art shows, music concerts
and many activities provide much to do. St.
Tammany is a great community to live.
