Welcome to Greenleaves
Subdivision!
A covenanted, secured private two-tiered homeowners association.
There are over 1000
residences within Greenleaves. Most are single
family homes. There are also apartments,
condos, and townhouses. Fifteen (15) parcels
have formed individual corporations with their
own elected officers and incorporated rules and
regulations. |

Monthly meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month in the Greenleaves Master Association Office. Suite 13, 200 Greenleaves Blvd. at
7:00 p.m. Your parcel has representation at those meetings.
Should you wish to be placed on the Agenda, call
the GMA office. Please feel free to attend
meetings to keep yourself up to date on
Greenleaves' issues.

avoid a fine.
